Q13 serie pipe threading machine is the lathe which having be used for machining pipe thread of thread of inside and outside as well as metric and british threads.At the same time can be used for conventional lathes to producing excircle,bore and end face of shaft,plate parts.
This kinde of machine tools have being fit on tapper device to use producing parts with tapper.
The key components of the machines being used HT250 high strength grey cast iron and passing three-level aging treatment:precipitation heat treatment-6 months natural aging-passing vibratde aging and again 2 months natural aging after rough machining.That can ensure stability and reliability of machine finish.The slide way of the machine have passing supersonic frequency quenching and which seal ground finish by high precision guideway grinder and slide way of saddle be stick on teflon,so,lower the friction coefficient and reduce the wear for slide way of machine.The spindle of the machine used hot rolling thick wall steel tube of materials 45# going through thermal refining and elaborately machining.The spindle bearings of the machine fitting together with famous brand at domestic and overseas.
