Features of VKB-Type Notch Cutter:
l The VKB type Notch Cutter is an updated product of its classic type;it takes every merit from the classic type,and combines with the most advanced technology of notch-cutter around the world,that meets the demands from extensive domestic customers.
l The VKB type Notch Cutter uses rear-feed mechanism,the transverse beam is fixed,and the working table is changeable;that has exclusively eliminated working table deformation during processing and that ensures the ±0.2mm distance between surface of the working table and blade-point and which solved the depth and accuracy of the notch processed.
l The VKB type Notch Cutter extended the working life of the equipment.Owing to the adoption of carbide for working table,and its HF quenched hardness reaches to HRC 55-60,far more harder than stainless steel,the wearing of the working table is very,vary small,what’s more is that there 4 faces of the working table can be used for substitution.All these ultimately eliminated stamps from insuffcient hardness of the working table after long hours of processing.
l Higher the working efficiency.The powerful cutting motor together with 5 high-speed steel planer tools can plan once with a depth maximum of 1.2mm.
