Environmental protection

So there is no waste-gas at all.
2). Waste-water: there is a water-recycling system in the set of plant, all the process, the water can be used circulatory. So there is no waste-water in the process of pyrolysis
3).Bad smell: there will be some chemical substances feed into the catalysis tower and burnt together with the tires. It can get rid of bad smell and improve the quality of oil.
4). Emission controller: there is emission controller in the set of plant, it won’t cause dirty dust in the process of tyre oil extraction.

Working process about crude oil equipment
1.Auto feeder puts the raw material into furnace
2. Burn the fuel material(coal,wood,or nautural gas,oil)in the combustion system, the reactor will slowly heated, when the termperature reaches around 250 degree celsius, oil gas will come out. It will be processed by our technology, then liquefied to oil by cooling system. Some uncondensable gas will be reused to heat reactor as fuels. Thus can save your energy. After oil production,the temperature of reactor will go down and carbon black will discharge automatically.
3. When the temperature falls to 100 degree celsius,worker can open the door of reactor to discharge steel wire, then start another batch.
