Main parts and function of oil equipment:

1.Neutralizing tank: for acid,alkali refinery or rinse.

2.Decolorizing tank: for bleaching grease.

3.Deodorizing tank: for deodorizing grease(stainless steel).

4.Conducting oil furnace: to provide thermal energy needed for production, the temperature reach to
280 °C;

5.Vacuum pump:to provide vacuum for bleaching, deodorization which can reach 755mmHg or more;

6.Air compressor: dry the bleached clay;

7.Air press: for filter clay;

8.Steam generator: generate steam distillation required.

Process Cart of oil refinery machine:                              

1.Degumming: 

   Removing the phosphatide by adding hot water,when phosphatide meets 

   hot water, it will become bigger and bigger, then out of tanks.

2.Deacidification:

   Removing the FFA by add caustic soda (for taking neutrallzation reaction).

3.Bleaching: 

   Remove the pgment by adding bleaching earth andthe remaining bleaching

   earth will be filtrated by leaf filter.

4.Deodorization: Remove the oxide, solid particle and volatide gas.

7. Product oil grade(kinds):
First, second, third,fourth grade oil of national standards,blend oil,special
fragrance oil and faint scent oil.

8. The price of winterization part covers 40% of the total price.
