and provide free service of products design,drawings modification and mould design.We are also able to 

assemble products, and provide blister packaging or color box packaging as per your requirements.

    Free 3D design

1>>Don’t worry if you don’t have drawings or if you want to change design of samples, because we provide 

      free service of new products development and 3D design. We also can help customers to modify drawings

     and convert drawings from 3D to 2D professionally.

2>>We have been specializing in prototype manufacturing for many years. If you want to develop a new 

      product, it’s better to make prototypes to test at first instead of making molds directly.

      Otherwise it may leads to modify molds again and again, that molds cannot be used any longer.

3>>We are able to provide professional 3D scanning according to your samples which accuracy is 98%, and it 

      needs 5 days.

4>>The design software we use: SolidWorks, UG, AutoCAD.

5>>The workable 3D drawing format: STP, X_T, IGS or the original drawing of same software as ours.

    Prototype manufacture

1>>The prototype is used to test the structure of new developing product. You also can make small order for 

      early product promotion sale.

2>>Material for prototypes: ABS, PC, PMMA, POM, PVC, PA, aluminum, steel, brass, etc. 

3>>Surface treatment: painting, powder coating, frosted surface, anodizing, electroplating, metal texture, matt 

      surface, etc.

4>>Time: generally 5-10 days to finish one set or single prototype.

5>>The tolerance of prototypes: +/-0.05-0.1mm.

QC/QA

   We provide testing report to ensure 80% of the samples measurements that marked in the drawings is inspected and qualified. 100% of the order will be inspected, that BlacKing can ensure the quality are perfect.
