3.Folding show:

   The treadmill can be folded to save space. If folding, lift the running board by hand till it is stuck by the sleeve of pressure rod. If expanding the treadmill, lift the running board a little by hand and gently stamp the sleeve of pressure rod inward by foot (with proper force); then press the board downby hand and make it tilt about 10 degrees, and the pressure rod will ramp down the board on the ground slowly. 

4.Safety key  

   The safety key is used to prevent tumbling due to the runner not keeping pace with the belt speed. Otherwise, in case of any emergency, pull off the key, the treadmill will stop immediately.
