QK1313 Pipe threading CNC lathe digitally-control pipe-threading lathes is provided with quality and reliable digital-control operational system (which may be customized if required by the user ) and a four-position electric holder to achieve horizontal/vertical AC servo control , and the main transmission is provided with mechanical variable-frequency governing ( stepless ) to meet different processing needs . The entire machine is provided with automatic lubricating unit and a half-closed safety enclosure , with reasonable layout and proper appearance . It may be used to mill S1/BS threads of various outer cylindrical , conical and curved surfaces, applicable to process medium/small-sized and massive production/ it is best suited for parts with large diameter , long length or high accuracy . The machine is fit to process and repair drilling pipe/collar , kelly , joint and sleeve etc. In the sectors of petropleum , metallurgy , geologic , exploration , chemistry and hydropower etc.
