   The lathe chooses the spindle specifications for BT50, diameter is 190 mm.The full set of spindles are all imported from the professional manufacturers in Taiwan. (Posen or Nutrilite tsubaki). All the important components are strengthened. It adopts the P4 level world famous brand bearings which specialized in spindles. And it uses KLUBRNBU15 grease to lubricate. After the complete set of spindle assembling under the condition of constant temperature, all the spindles need to correct the balance and running test through the computer, which can make the complete set of spindles long service life and high reliability

  The rotating ball screws of this lathe’s XYZ axis are all adopt with C3 level double nut preloaded ball screws which are provided by professional manufacturers in Taiwan. (HIWIN). The bearings on both ends of the ball screws are of imported P4 level and 60 ° contact angle and are special for ball screw. The three axis ball screws are all pre-stretching, which can ensure the high rigidity of transmission and reliable of the accuracy.
