The casting wood of the lathe adopts with the casting of aluminum wood and the resin sand 

mould. The workbench is the type of HT300 , and the rest are the type of TH250. After twice 

artificial aging treatment, it has the good stability and high intensity, and the precision is stable 

and reliable.

The lathe chooses the spindle specifications for BT50, diameter is 190 mm.The full set of 

spindles are all imported from the professional manufacturers in Taiwan. (Posen or Nutrilite 

tsubaki). All the important components are strengthened. It adopts the P4 level world famous 

brand bearings which specialized in spindles. And it uses KLUBRNBU15 grease to lubricate. 

After the complete set of spindle assembling under the condition of constant temperature, all 

the spindles need to correct the balance and running test through the computer, which can 

make the complete set of spindles long service life and high reliability.

The lathe's guides of three directions are the overloading roller guides, which can ensure the 

dynamic response of the lathe, and it can also overcome the problems on the guideway of 

hardened rail machine, which has high friction and the resulting crawling problems. By the way, 

at the same time, it can also overcome the problems of insufficient bearing capacity of guide rail

and the weak cutting ability.
