USB headphone operation precautions:

1.While USB headphone is working, the indicator light on the wired-controller is flashing, it is prohibited to unplug the headphone directly during working, otherwise, it will create PC dead or need to restart PC. When you need to stop using the headphone, please click stop and close KALA OK/magic sound,  the indicator light on the wired-controller will become long bright, then you can close the power or unplug the headphone.

2. To enjoy the best audio effects, the display files and the player must support the high bit rate (double speed) musics, for example, the bit rate (double speed) will be 192Kbps or above.

3. In order to get the best and most accurate sound effects, please wear the headset close to the head and wrap the ears closely; the headset cable and microphone are designed on the left side and please put the cable on the left

4.The sounds may not come out from USB headset for some computers while headset is used at the first time, in this case, you need to adjust the audio properties. Right click the speaker icon at the right down of PC screen by using the mouse, select "Adjust Audio Properties / volume / Sound playback default device / USB PnP Device and recording default device / USB PnP Sound Device", tick "Default device only", click "apply/confirm" to exit. When you use the headphone next time, the sounds will come out from the headphone.

5.  You may use USB camera and USB headphone for your computer at the same time to go with the Internet video communication, it would result in intermittent sounds, blocking or pause due to incorrect setting of the USB bandwidth, then you need to adjust the USB bandwidth of video properties; click the video properties, auto tick "USB bandwidth control window", click "apply/confirm" to exit. You don't need to do the settings again while you use next time.
