 We produce panel saw/sliding table saw of 45 degree and 90 degree.

Panel saw/sliding table saw is used for producing density board, Plywood, fiberboard, particle board, ABS board, PVC board and plexiglass panels etc.

The machine is long and heavy, which is stable and precise to avoid shaking and reducing error.

Panel saw/sliding table saw shaft is made of standard 45# steel, which is heat treated to improve its hardness and tenacity with lifetime more than 5 years.

1.3m profiled shaft is made of high chrome steel.

Travelling table is made of high strength aluminium alloy which has high strength and nondeformable. The surface is oxidation treated which is wearproof and beautiful.

Mobile working guide rail is made of imported chrome coated bar, with high precise and long life time.

Japan NSK bearing is used on the machine which has long lifetime.

The machine table and guiding rule are thick. The width of swing arm is 25-40 cm.

The saw is using turbine rotating rod for lifting. Marking saw for grooving which could avoid board edge breakage.

The machine is shot blasted before painting which making the paint anti-wearing and beautiful.

90 degree panel saw/sliding table saw: Only cut 90 degree right angle. It is used for producing panel furniture, cabinet, chest and building material.

45 degree panel saw/sliding table saw: The saw could incline to cut 90 degree right angle and 0-45 degree angles. It is used for producing solid wood furniture, soft pack etc.

The sliding table length is 2.8m, 3m and 3.2m. The effective stroke is 10mm less than the sliding table length.
