Roll forming machine information

1.According to the design requirements ,the upper (outer layer)and lower (inner layer)forming machine both can be

 fixed 1~3 sets of forming machine ,and these machine for different panel shapes could be interconverted through

 parallel rail without removing and retuning the form roller ,the operation is simple convenience .

2.The driving force of forming machine adopt three-phrase asynchronous ,and fixed with reduction gears ,so that

 out putlarger torque and provides enough power for the normal operation of equipment .At the same ,it

 realizedstepless variable-frequency adjustable-speed ,could meet different producing speed .

3.The roller designed by Germany Data M COPRA importer software ,moreover ,we will adopt finite element (FEA) 

 analysis way to simulate whether the formation is reasonable and ensure the accurate of parts ,so that effectively 

protecting the surface of panel forming scratch .

4.The layout of rollers is reasonable ,the deformation of steel sheet is uniform ,and the dimension of cross-section  

be in full compliance with the requirements of drawing design .

5.The form roller made by chromed high hardness alloy steel ,processed by CNC after overall  quenching ,with 

advantages of high strength ,high hardness ,high accuracy and  long service life .

6.The main roller using a composite structure, the speed difference and forming resistance both are small ,so

 that the abrasion for plate surface is slight . 

7.The bearing chamber with the advantages of reasonable structure ,high controlling accuracy ,convenient 

adjustment and beautiful appearance .

8.There is also installed guide device on forepart ,ensuring the steel plate moving linearly .

9.Transmission mode: gear and chain transmission.
