It'sis mainly used for low level control measurement, engineering measurement, wire measurement

Main feature and use:

The telescope is inner focused with sharp image. The ruler is easy to read and estimate with high reading precision.

The vertical axis is semi-mobile, turning smoothly, high directional precision.
The horizontal sdandard deviation of one measurement is not larger than ±6", the vertical standard deviation of one

measurment is no larger than ±10".The instrument is mainly used for low level control measurement, engineering

measurement, wire measurement and construction measurement etc.
