Regular Models

Differences among Generation I, Generation II, Generation III

Generation I: Two steps producing, first step: straight panel, second step: curving step.

Straight Part: feeding--forming--cutting Curving Part: feeding--curving

Generation II: Revolution of producing process. One step to producing both straight panel and curving panel. Compared to Generation I, there will be 30% labor reducing at project site. The working speed at project site will be 20% improved.

Generation III: With diesel truck and 8T crane. The constructor can drive the truck everywhere. Only one step you can get the profile you need, and no workers are needed to hold and carry the sheet. When the sheet comes out, the crane on the machine will lift and fix it easily. Compared to Generation I, there will be 80% labor reducing at project site. The working speed at project site will be 70% improved.
