3).When requesting warranty service, customer should present this page along with the original purchase receipt or numbers provided to the dealer or online retailer where purchased. The dealer or retailer will handle warranty claim.

Warranty Service Exclusions:

A) Any damages that are caused by other than normal use, including, but not limited to physical damages.

B) Any use modification, repairs or disassembling of the product without factory authorization.
