Q. What is the lead time for your products?
A: For existing models, sample time is 2-3 days, new models sample time is 5-7 days.

Mass production time is 20-30 workdays after the receipt of deposit.

Q. How many colors do you have for existing model ? and can I have my prefer color?
A: Each color MOQ is 2000 pieces,small trail order is accepted.You can give us the PANTONE card NO.If the color you required we have raw material,MOQ can reduce.

Q. Do you have any MOQ limit for OEM model?
A: Actually not, but unit price will be lower if quantity bigger, so price would be better if quantity more than 2000 pieces.

EVA material is Ethylene vinyl acetate (also known as EVA) is the copolymer of ethylene and vinyl acetate. The weight percent vinyl acetate usually varies from 10 to 40%, with the remainder being ethylene.It is a polymer that approaches elastomeric materials in softness and flexibility, yet can be processed like otherthermoplastics. The material has good clarity and gloss, low-temperature toughness, stress-crack resistance, hot-meltadhesive waterproof properties, and resistance to UV radiation. EVA has a distinctive "vinegar" odor and is competitive with rubber and vinyl products in many electrical applications.
