Product Description

SPMT is a type of platform transporter assembled with modules. It could be coupled into various sizes and load capacities. Basic units of SPMT are one unit of 4-axle or 6-axle module with one unit of power pack unit(PPU).We have mastered technical expertise on 1000-axle modular coupling with max load of 20 000 Ton. This transporter is capable to meet large structures' special transport demand. It is widely used in large structure transportation, overpass construction, offshore engineering, metallurgy and tunnel constrction. SPMT consists of power pack unit (PPU) and hydraulic modeles with drive axles. Steering modes include omni-directional steering and linkage steering.

1. Narrow in width and modularized design with 2430mm wide modular; 

2. 40t super axle load, suitable for centralized loading operation (offshore platform etc.);

3. Multiple transporters synchronizing coupling function: can reach max 1000 axles coupling by rigid method or soft control method, max loading capacity can reach 20000t;

4. Multiple steering modes, the steering modes of multiple transporters coupling is the same as single unit;

5. Highly supported by "STATE 863 PROGRAM", program code: 2009AA044101.
