4.Ceramic fiber packing:

Texture of material:  With ceramic fiber, metal reinforced woven silk.

Usage:  Apply to the temperaure is 1200℃, pressure 10MPa~30MPa high temperature resistant, fire resistant, for industrial kiln seal, the heat insulation container.

7.Carbon fiber packing

Texture of material:Using carbon fiber and PTFE liquid textile.

Usage: Apply to the temperature is -150℃~500℃, pressure 10MPa to 40MPa, good thermal conductivity, acid and alkali resistance, applicable to all types of solvents, gasoline, water, liquid nitrogen pump, valve, anti should the reactor sealed.

8.Butter cotton packing

Texture of material: Is made of high quality cotton yarn, animal, plant, mineral oil yarn series fabric forming.

Usage:  Apply to the temperature is 120℃, pressure 20MPa, water, oil, air pump, carbohydrate valves, rotatry shaft seal.

Oil-immersed (non) asbestos graphite packing

Texture of material:coated heat-resistant lubricating oil and woven graphite (non)asbestos line.

Usage:suitable for -20℃~300℃,30MPa pressure,the rotating shaft, the reciprocating piston and valve stem seal material. Medium for steam, air, industrial water, heavy oil products. Upon request of working condition of clip wire (or nickel wire, stainless steel wire) lead power oil-immersed (non)asbestos packing.

PTFE fiber packing

Texture of material:  With PTFE fiber, silk weaving and forming.

Usage: Apply to the temperature is -200℃~260℃, pressure 10MPa~30MPa,strong acid, alkali medium, containing the rubber core plate.The root has a very high compression rate of the rebound rate, sealing performance excellent.

Rubber (non) asbestos packing

Texture of material: Is made of high quality stone cotton cloth, (non) asbestos line, rubber adhesive high carbon graphite reinforced  by metal wire forming.

Usage:  Apply to the temperature of 200℃~550℃, pressure 4~7.8MPa, piston and valve of reciprocating steam pump rod sealing.
