Q1: When will you make a delivery? 

We promise to deliver our inventory products about 10 days and about 30 days for the customized items when the order is placed.

Q2: What about the payment?

We accept T/T (30% as deposit and balance before shipment), L/C for the large quantities order, and Western union and PayPal will be accept for the small quantities order.

Q3: What Certificates do you have?

Our products have been tested by SGS Standards.

Q4: What about the shipment?

Air shipment or ocean shipment from Ningbo or Shanghai port. 

Q5: Do you supply sample?
