HEAT TREATMENT SPECIFICATION AND MECHANICAL PROPERTIES:

Quenching 820~840℃ oil cooling ,  tempering 400~500℃ water cooling. 

Used for make gear , shaft ,worm and bolt , pin which working in high loading condition

Delivery state: annelaed 

normalized , spheroidal annealed, quenched & tempered ,bright bar, cold-drawn, etc. Should be indicated in contract .

Packing :
Forged bar , rolled bar and coil packing in loose . Rolled wire packing in plastic woven cloth or wooden case.
APPLIED RANGE:

Used for make gear in drive system and engine of small and medium size automobile , tractor. Also can make carburized parts cyaniding parts which required higher performance in center. Such as claw and cone body of  roller bit which used in oil drilling and metallurgy open-air mining.   Also can make gear whole rotor of steam turbine , connecting rod of internal combustion engine, and valve section forgings .
