Nylon vacuum bag film is a kind of light yellow, transparent and soft film which belongs to five layers co-extrusion type, produced by fully automatic nylon vacuum bag film production line which is the most advanced in Europe. The maximum width is up to 16 meters which can be done only in Longxing Company in our nation.

Application

LXVBF-120 nylon vacuum bag film has good ductility which can satisfy the requirement of various shapes; its thermal stability make it easily apply to two process--“Vacuum Infusion Molding Process” and “Vacuum Bags Wet Process”, and curing temperature is lower than 120°C; light yellow is easy to identify and not easy to fade.

LXVBF-120 nylon vacuum bag film is widely used in the field of production of yacht, leaf, engine cover, car surrounded, cranium, helmets and other components, which has the advantage of high strength and portability.

Physical Performance Indicators

Instructions : The width of film in the chart can be specially obtained according to the customer’s request, the average thickness deviation of film is less than ±0.005. In addition to the above content, products can be provided according to the order request.
