1. LED lamp

Our quality control for LEDs (fully automatic plug in machine)

l Machine wavelength test only tolerate ±1nm error. To ensure the color consistency of our led screen.

l Can avoid the static damage on LEDs by manual plug in. To keep their long lifespan.

l Automatic plug in, LEDs firmly fixed on the PCB. To reduce the possibility of LEDs loosening or falling off from PCB and cause LEDs unlighted after led screen working a period of time.

2. LED module

Our quality control for module (automatic wave soldering and best module design)

l Automatic wave soldering ensure our tin points uniform and full, can greatly avoid the cold solder, false solder, dead solder. To guarantee the stability of our led screen.

l Advanced technology IC built-in PCB front, IC fully sealed with heat conductive glue and PCB conformal coating process to protect them from water, oxidation and corrosion.

3. LED cabinet (Common cabinet and Rental cabinet)

1) Common cabinet (iron/aluminum, small/large size)

l Our outdoor led cabinet is sealed and louver style to ensure our screen good heat dissipation and high waterproof.

l Cabinet size and color can be changed according to customer’s requirement.

l Baking paint process for our cabinet, to protect it from oxidation and corrosion by outdoor different weather.

4. LED screen

Our test for screen

l All our led display should go through waterproof, brightness test and 72 hours aging test.

l Vibration simulation test, to ensure our led screen will not be damaged during transportation

1) Guidance service: We can guide on line if customers have questions about the installation and usage.

For large project, we provide your engineer a week free training, or if customer could bear the relevant cost, our engineer can go to customer’s country for on-site guidance.

2) Warranty period: 2 years after shipment.

3) Maintenance principles: response in time, solve problems as soon as possible and ensure the use.

4) Maintenance terms: In the Maintenance period, free of all maintenance charges. Under normal use and storage, our company will be responsible for the equipments. If there is any failure in product quality, our company will maintain and change the components for free. After Maintenance period, only charge the material costs fees free of manual work fees.
