TPA3118 Digital Mini Power Amplifier Board

PRODUCT FEATURES

An upgraded version of the TPA3118 digital power amplifier

Is the use of USA company TI TPA3118D2 high performance amplifier chip, beyond the TPA3123 chip.

Single DC power supply, wide working voltage of 6-25V power supply, the maximum 25W+25W double channel output, support parallel bridge (PBTL) 50W single channel output.

The old board using TPA3123 power amplifier chip, the new plate delivery has been using the TPA3118 amplifier chip. Support the work of wider voltage, high power, less distortion, cost more than the old plate high, wide range of uses. 



The board design is practical based, small size (50X50mm), wide working voltage (6-25V), the output power is large (greater than 25W+25W dual channel), low fever, efficiency as high as 90%, the sound quality is good.

Most of SMD chip parts using high stability, performance is ordinary hand material can not comparable.

Sealing type potentiometer with switch power supply, with LED display, use more convenient.

With the 3.5MM standard audio input socket; also can be equipped with 3P socket from "Lin" "G" "Rin" audio input, modification of the power amplifier is more convenient.

The board bottom left corner position, set aside 5V/150-200mA power "Vout" output interface, power supply connection can be decoded within 5V/180mA (the default delivery without 5V output).

Parallel support bridge (PBTL) 50W single channel output, horn loudspeaker wiring: "+" is connected to the Lout (+) or (-), horn "-" is connected to the Rout (+) or (-), the other 2 interface blank. 



The power input connection: a wiring and DC, the default shipping terminal seat power supply input mode

Tip: the speaker output "+" or "-" is independent, not a total output, can not connect to each other. Such as connection will appear after the sound is not normal, like the DIY pro please note!

Board size - 50 X 50 MM (not including the potentiometer protruding part of 15MM)

Working voltage range - 6 - 25V (power supply current is more than 2A, power bigger current to 3A and above)

- 4 - 8 ohm speaker impedance

The maximum output power of - 25W/4 + 25W/4 Ou ou

Output power: (speaker selection recommendation: power is less than 20V 4-8 available in Europe, more than 20V with 8 euro)

Tip: to enough in the audio input supply voltage / current enough cases, there will be enough output power. The power supply voltage high relative power will be larger, different impedance speakers will have different output power.
