1. Raw material: strip coil

Put strip coil into uncoiler

2. Uncoiler

Single-side manual expands tight to ensure strip coil to feed alternatively and make strip go into accumulator freely.

3. Shear and butt-welder

Shear and butt-welder is used to ensure two-coiled strips to shear tidily and then weld together and level weld seam.

4. Accumulator

Store enough strips to ensure main machine to run continuously during coil changing period

5. Leveling

Seven passive leveling rollers are used to level strip coil and make it enter into roll forming device properly.

6. Forming

Forming machine can form strip coil and control weld seam

7. Welding

Guide roll stands for controlling weld seam direction and squeezing roll is used to control weld seam to realize qualified welding.

8. External burr removing

Deburring frame is used to deburr the outside weld seam

9. Cooling

There is a cooling unit tank for cooling 

10. Sizing

Size machine can shape and control size accuracy after welding. 

11. Straightening 

Straighten products coarsely

12. Cut size

Computer cutting saw cuts products into standard length

13. Packing

Finished products lay on the run-out table and then are packed.
