1.Blending pot consists of threelayer material. Inner layer is imported SUS 316L,Thickness is 4mm,middle layer is imported SUS A3,Thickness is 4-8 mm, Outer layer is imported 304-2B,Thickness is 2-5 mm.Upper blending matches scraping edge magnetic head adjustment speed, motor power is 2.2-5.5 KW,water circulation cooling.
2.Device actual volume is 1150L,bottom matches measurement digital temperature control,the heating method is electric heating,heating power is 27-36 KW.
3.Upper flat entrance for material is directly throw type. Adopting America ROSS Homogeneous technology,unique structure with Digital Time Relay Device.Homogenizer power is 11KW,turning speed is 2880-3000 r/min.
1.Warranty time: one year, from the date which the product is qualified commissioning. Any damage except the wrong operation during warranty period is repaired freely.But the travel and hotel expenses should be count on buyer.
2. Commissioning services: the product's installation and commissioning at the demand side, our engineers will not leave there until get your agreement.
3. Training services: our engineers will train your staff to operate it during the period of installation and commissioning, and they will not leave there until your staff can operate it properly and normally.
