Capability and characteristic 

High speed disperser can powerfully mix and disperse viscous solid and liquid materials, and rapidly dissolve many indissolvable materials such as AES, AESA, and LSA during the prodution  of liquid washing products, and thus, saving energy comsumption and shortening production period.

The main blending adopts stepless speed variation device, which can reduce the formation of bubbles when the temperature us low and the viscousity is high.

The gear pump circulating discharging device can accelerate the forming of products and realize rapid discharging.

• Main adopts stepless timing device which reduce babble occur under low temperature and highviscosity condition less air bubble will be formed to produce liquid washing products.
• Finished products can be discharged by Disc-valve or suitable to all liquid wash products.

Use

TENG MENG-E blending reacting boiler is mainly suitable for preparation of liquid derergents( such as cleanser essence, shampoo and shower cream etc.)

Component:

1.Blending pot

Blending pot consists of three-layer material. Inner layer is imported SUS 316L,Thickness is 4mm,middle layer is imported  SUS A3,Thickness is 5mm, Outer layer is imported 304-2B,Thickness is 2mm.Upper blending matches scraping edge magnetic head adjustment speed, motor power is 4KW,water circulation cooling. 

2.Device actual volume is 1150L,bottom matches measurement digital temperature control,the heating method is electric heating,heating power is36 KW.

3.Upper flat entrance for material is directly throw type. Adopting America ROSS Homogeneous technology,unique structure with Digital Time Relay Device.Homogenizer power is 11KW,turning speed is 2880r/min.

4.Lower homogenizer adopts imported English Crane company high speed machine Bi-metal seal,and matches imported bearing. Circulating water automatic cooling system. Main frame has high viscosity material or without material,homogenizer operate 24hours won’t damage the seal ring,guarantee not to leak materials.

Technical parameter

The above machine which we supply to you, we can give you one year after sales warranty, we can also send our engineer to you factory to install this equipment and train your staff, but the Buyer should pay the round air ticket cost and arrange the hotel accommodation as well as the means for Seller’s engineer. We will send some free set of spare parts for you change it.

Payment terms:

30% deposit by T/T before production, 70% balance should be paid by T/T before shipment. but we also accept west union.
