A: We have to charge the sample fee when we first time do business with our customer,As you know,we have to spend money to buy the material,have to pay the salary to the designer.All sample fee are refundable against order.And we will do free sample for our regular customer,Sample time:5-7days,We will make the samples until the customer satisfy all the details

A:Firstly we can let our designer to make samples as per your providing artwork and design prototype.And we will send samples to you to check the quality before mass production,You can place order with us if you satisfy the samples and price

Q:5.)What kind of materials are used to make each soft toy or plush toy?

A: Our experienced design group will determine what kinds of fabric and materials best match your toys character. And then our purchaser will customized sourcing the material in the market.The fabric and materials used may range from cotton, polyester, buttons, beads, fleece, velvet, wool and more. We take extreme care to use only the highest quality materials as possible as we can for each soft toy, and we have a comprehensive quality assurance process that is carried out after completion of each soft toy.  Each softie is stuffed with hypoallergenic 100% polyester fiberfill. Where possible, we can work with you to determine the level of padding that you require inside the soft toy or plush toy. Our soft toys are designed and made for children and all ages 3 years and up.

Q:6.)Can I choose what kind of materials are used to make my soft toy or plush toy?

A: Yes,you can,Generally, our softie makers will choose individual fabric and materials to match the colour and design of your character or object. Where practical, it may be possible for us to use fabric or materials requested by you, but this is not always possible either due to practicality, supply or safety reasons. We only use fabric and materials  which are considered to be safe and non-harmful in the design and construction of our soft toys and plush toys.
