2015 Newly developed roll rewinding machine for aluminum foil, plastic film, wax paper
Ø Introduction
This Rewinding machine modle LA-FA1000 has been designed and developed to produce aluminum foil roll, plastic film and paper rolls for household and catering usage.
The machine of this series automatically carry out the following operations:
- Unwinding of the monther roll
- Feeding of the cardboard unit
- Into the rewinding unit
- Rewinding of the material on the cardboard cores
- Cutting of the material to the preset length
- Discharge and conveying of the finished rolls
This rewinding unit can operate at constant or varable speed but when the set length is reached, the cutting of the material and the core change are always done at set speed without stopping the unwinding.
