Description:

The Component of the machine included :front support ,hopper , spiral shaft, Filter net, juice holding device, back support , Out slag notch and so on . Screw shaft is supported on the bearing seat, the right end is supported on the wheel bearing seat, motor by a pair of belt wheel drives the screw shaft through operation.

Working way :

Screw shaft clockwise rotation along the direction of the Slag outlet, bottom diameter slowly become big but the Pitch narrows gradually ,when material pushed by the screw shaft ,Due to the spiral chamber narrows gradually, thus forming the material press. fruit and vegetable products join the hopper, the screw shaft propulsion and compression, by squeezing out the juice through a filter into the bottom of a juice holding device, and the slag by the axis of the screw and regulating head taper portion is formed between the annular gap discharge, pressure head can adjust the size of the gap, to adjust the slag resistance, can change the slag rate.
