Application of Fog Machine

Storage yards, Iron and Steel Plants (Waste metal loading unloading, Sinter cooling etc.), Feeding Bunkers, Tunnel Works, Acclimatization- Air conditioning, Urban transformation Building demolitions, Truck and Loader Loading-Unloading, Ship Loading-Unloading,  Water Treatment and Vaporization,  Artificial snow making,  Deodorization etc. It is a system which shows 60-70%  performance in the tests with highly concentrated  dust sources and which suppresses the dust successfully, which can be located mobile or fixed depending on the field of application. Pulverization Distance: 25- 100 m

Fog Machine Working Principle

Aerodynamics was used with water through the pump pressure, combined with a given pressure blower. Then it conveys micron atomized particles through the nozzle to form the columnar mist shape. And it transfers to the far distance, to cover and control the distant place of dust sources pollution.
