Made from bauxite, ceramic proppant is used in oil & gas well fracturing process and can increase production. In the hydraulic fracturing process, water, proppants and chemical agents are pumped into deep underground rock by high pressure pump, the high pressure extrudes rock into cracks, while proppants keep the ground rock from collapsing by filling into the cracks, it makes gas and oil more easier to be collected through cracks.

It will take 8 hours from Wanli factory to Qingdao port or Lianyungang port by truck. It will take 40-50 days by bulk cargo to USA, and 35-45 days by container.

At present, our factory has eight ceramic production lines and four full-automatic resin coated sand production lines, which guarantee the ceramic proppant's annual output reach 280,000MT and the resin coated proppant reach 120,000MT.
