Kingstar Quality Control:
1. 100% testing before aging .
2. Aging for no less than 24hours, and the switch is off-on aucomatically every 2minutes during aging procedure.
3. 100% testing by safe tester (with 3700V high voltage) before packing.
4. Except normal CE, RoHS, FCC certificates for the finished products, we can provide IES files.

Q1: What is the Warranty for the LED strip?
A1: For the LED strip, we have 2 years warranty. And some special offer with 3 years warranty as customers request.
Q2: What is colour temperature?
A2: King Star's LED Lighting offer ceiling lights in warm, natural, pure and cool white with colour temperatures measured in Kelvin (K). The lower the colour temperature is,the warmer the light given by the LED:
- Warm white = 2700K-3200K
- Natural white = 4000K-4500K
- Pure white = 5000K-5500K
- Cool white = 6000K-6500K
Q3:: What is CRI?
A3: CRI is a figure which feedback the real objects colors. Higher CRI with higher cost. For LED tubes, the CRI is higher than 80. For the outdoor light, the CRI higher than 70 is OK at most of applications.
Q4: What is the AC Voltage tolerance for our LED tubes?
A4: Their AC voltage tolerance is +/- 10%.
Q5: Is there cheap shipping cost to import to our country?
A5: For small order, express will be best. And for bulk order, sea ship way is best but take much time.
For urgent orders, we suggest via air to airport plus our ship partner send to your door.
