1) Product Name: forging roll, casting roll, hot roll, cold roll, plain barrel(l)ed roll, contour roll, work roll, back-up roll, conveyor roll, blooming roll, shaping roll, finishing roll, forged alloy roll, cast iron roll.

2) Material: 9Cr2Mo, 9Cr2W, 9Cr3Mo, 4140, 4130, 8CrMoV, 55Cr, 60CrMnMo, SGPI, CCII,  ADI140,  ADI160 etc.

3) Shape of the roll: cylindrical roller, trough roll, or other shape per customer’s drawings.

4) Hardness of the surface: hot roll HB190-300;  cold roll HS45-85

5) Application: rolling mill, straightening machine, structural steel, steel coil, etc

1. Enquiry with drawing in details

2. Confirm steel material, chemical compositions, mechanical properties, tolerance,depth and hardness of the work layer.

3. Confirm payment terms, order materials or check material in stock

4. Check material chemical compositions, material weight, dimensions

5. Cut materials, record weight, making mould for casting or pr-heating for forging,

6. Forging radios/casting radio, heat treatment, dimension check

7. Rough machining, UT test, heat treatment

8. Fine machining ,UT test, dimensions inspection , mechanical properties test
