TECHNOLOGY DETAILS

1. Sealing method of door: adpot inflatable seals.

2. Heating fast&constant temperature, air is circulated by fan.

3. Wind board avoids products touch heat exchanger directly.

4. Indirect heated version with cyclone fan for even temperatures.

5. Multiple safety interlocks ensure safety during process.

6. Rock wool filled in insulation layer to keep heat saving.

7. High temperature accuracy, pressure controlled automatically.

8. Inner tire connected with metal hose in autoclave.

PRODUCTION DETAILS SHOW

1. Autoclave Inside

1.1. Electric heating tube: adopt indirect heating type with medium is air. Rubber products can’t directly touch with heating tube through wind board. Motor fan is equipped at the end of autoclave to ensure products heated evenly.

1.2. Hanging Pipe: hang tires.

1.3. Soft metal hose: connect inner tube and envelop, pressure gauges outside show pressure value.

2.Other Sections

2.1. Handle Wheel: Manual method, firstly need to rotate handle when close door, then adopt multiple safety interlocks to ensure safety during vulcanizing process.

2.2. Safety Interlocks: Multiple safety devices, enhance safety factor during vulcanizing.

2.3. Control Box: Buttons control method, adopt advanced Schneider relay and electric appliance fittings of famous brand in China. We can also supply touch screen view panel of Siemens if customers choose full-automatic machinery.

2.4. Fan: Motor drives the fan rotating circularly to keep temperature uniform inside autoclave. Heating exchangers are surrounded by wind board to avoid touch vulcanizing products directly.
