Chlorine Dioxide Generator for Water Treatment

CPF-D1 series ClO2 generator is flow rate control on-site generating system. It can add clo2 aqueous directly to water pipe with simple, safe, reliable, stable operation. It can adjust the dosage of clo2 aqueous through receiving 4-20mA signal provided by the flow rate sensor.

The way of clo2 producing:

5NaClO2+4HCl = 4ClO2+5NaCl+2H2O

Use of raw materials:(more ratio available)

Sodium Chlorite: 18.5% Industrial Sodium Chlorite

Hydrochloric Acid: 15% Industrial Hydrochloric Acid

Technology:

The two raw materials of NaClO2 and HCl will be inhaled proportionally by two dosing pumps into the reactor, in which produce high-purity ClO2 solution, and then to be dosed in water for sterilization.

The ClO2 production can be adjusted manually or  through receiving 4-20mA signal provided by flow rate sensor.

Working temperature: 5 ~ 40 degrees Celsius

Operating voltage: 220V plus or minus 10% / 380V plus or minus 10%

There should be no strong electric field and magnetic field interference around equipment.
