Overview:

CPF-X series chemical wall-mounted ClO₂ generating system is a kind of positive pressure and on-site ClO₂ producing system.There are three control modes available, CPF-X_C (pump linkage), CPF-X_D1 (flow-on-line control), and CPF-X_D2(residual-chlorine-on-line control) disinfecting system. It is adopted positive pressure dosing technology for the first time in the world. It can brought ClO₂ solution directly to the pressured water with simple, safe, reliable, stable operation and other characteristics. The users can install and debug disinfection system by their own in accordance with instruction manual provided by the manufacturer.

The generator has many features of advanced structure, beautiful appearance, powerful function, work reliable, convenient installation and maintenance, and high conversion rate of raw materials.

The way of clo2 producing:

5NaClO2+4HCl = 4ClO2+5NaCl+2H2O  (recommended, ClO₂≥95%)

Use of raw materials:(be diluted to the proper concentration)

Sodium Chlorite: 78% Industrial Sodium Chlorite

Hydrochloric Acid: 31% Industrial Hydrochloric Acid

Technology:

Use sodium chlorite and hydrochloric acid as raw materials, transmission of raw materials through two metering pumps to the reactor, produce the concentration of more than 95% of high-purity chlorine dioxide solution added to water for disinfection. It can automatically adjust the dosage of clo2 solution through value of residual-chlorine provided by the residual-chlorine-on-line control system. When lack of raw materials, the liquid level alarm system will give audible and visible alarm signals and automatically cut off the power supply of equipment. Raw materials conversion rate is more than 95%. We can also customize on customer's requirements for additional functions or provide design recommendations according to the customers’ on-site conditions.
