Small-scale Laboratory Retort

WORKING PRINCIPLE

BRIEF

Heating source of pilot sterilizing retort is electric or steam. Temperature and pressure can be preset before sterilization, and controlled automatically during process to ensure the accuracy of sterilizing. Capacity of autoclave is smaller than ordinary retort, can equip with steam generator, there is no need boiler.

USAGE

Lab testing retort is suitable for all kinds of heat-resistant packing material.

1. Plastic container: PP bottles, HDPE bottles.

2. Soft package: aluminum foil bags, transparent bags, vacuum bags, cooking bags, etc.

3. Tin cans: aluminium cans, glass bottles.

RETORT FEATURES

1. Electric heating steam generator replace traditional boiler, suitable for environmental requirements and smaller scale production, especially for developing new products.

2. Semi-automatic control system. Temperature, pressure and time are controlled by control box, others controlled by manual labor.

3. Adopt multiple safety interlocks to ensure safety of sterilization.

4. Power can be customized under customers’ requirement to match with capacity.

5. Two heating types will be choose.
