1,About Mini Quantities Order

Generally speaking, our MOQ is about 1000pcs for each time, but if your real order can not reach, we also can accept adjustment. You can take adapt mixed order way. It is mean that you can choose different color or model so that the amount MOQ can reach our MOQ.

We strongly request our customers to open the package for checking the quantities before signing the delivery documents. If finding the quantity is less than ordered,please refuse to confirm the delivery.We are not responsible for such claim if customer don't open the box check quantity before sign the delivery.

2,About Color

 If the color which you want  is not in the list, please send your idea or choice to us by email, we will try our best to meet your demands . Often, we have some kinds of different spool color and body for your further reference.

3,About OEM

Our factory sincerely welcome respected customers to consult the OEM or ODM order. We can timely make a sample according to your desing or idea, and we are also able to help you design some drawings as long as you tell us your detailed requirements or nice idea.

4,About Shipping

As for sample or small order, we often post you by express  such as DHL. Fedex. , UPS or Posted Email. Of course, we will help you find the best express charge for you, but if you have your own forwarder, welcome to tell us, we will contact them timely and  make sure your goods to be deliveried timely.  As mass production, we can delivery them by FOB, CIF
