    If we have the sample in stock .we will provide free sample to you. if we don’t have in stock, then you should pay the sample fee . Anyway, the sample fee will pay back to you. when you confirm the order,

4. How long is your delivery term?

    Our standard product delivery term is normally 30 days. A new product development cycle is 60 days in normal. Under normal circumstances, there are standing stocks for regular types. You can email us to learn more details.

5. Where is your port of shipment located?

     Our main port of shipment is Qingdao port, and we may operate at other ports if required by the customer.

6. Which payment way is workable?

    PayPal, Escrow (goods have stock, order value less than 500usd); Western Union, Money Gram or T/T (30%deposit, 70% before shipment after presentation of ready cargo)

7. How do you deal with the after-service?

    All bearings are got through strict inspected before leaving our factory. When you receive the products after delivery by shipping or air or other type, you should check them carefully, whether there has any damage or not. If there something wrong with the bearings, please confirm us urgently, we will deal with the problem actively.
