BF Series Flake Ice Making Machines

BF Series Flake Ice Making Machine produces flake ice -- the top choice among many industries. BF Series Flake Ice Machine has two types: fresh water type and seawater type.

Main Features

1)Space saved: the structure is compact and simple.

2)Full automatically: the whole ice making and droping process are controlled by PLC controller.

3)High refrigeration efficiency: the latest evaporator with vertical spiral ice cutter is adopted. Water is sprayed by the sprinkler on the inner wall of the evapotator, forming ice quickly. At the same time, the spiral cutter cuts the forming ice, which makes full use of the evaporator surface and increases the efficiency of ice making.

Flake Ice

Features: 

1.Ice thickness: 1mm - 2mm.

2.The ice temperature can reach -8℃.

3.The flake shape ensures excellent cooling effect in large area.

4.No sharp edges and will not destroy refrigerating items, which is beneficial for storage and transportation.

Ice Skate

1. Material is 304 stainless steel. 

2. Internally-scraping ice skate can help reduce energy consumption and running with low resistance and noiseless.

Water Sprinkling System

Water sprinkling pan & water sprinkling is 304 stainless steel. They are driven by decelerator and run slowly conterclockwise. 

Ice Making Drum

1.Material of flake ice making drum: inner wall is Chrome plate carbon steel with heating process, outside wall is 304 stainless steel.

2. Every batch of materials must get a quality report and pass X-Ray flaw detection.
