As automatic commercial block ice maker needs no salt water or other refrigerating medium in the process of ice freezing. The ice produced is more sanitary and can be edible for human directly.

2. Convenient ice fetching: When ice block forms, it will automatically drop on a special ice contact convey device from the ice molds. It needn't crane or other hoist equipment to fetch ice. It reduces the investment cost and saves more space.

3. After specialized processing for the container, the container has good anti-corrosion effect and anti-slide performance. And making a deleting sounds and sound-proof design for the refrigeration unit, it further improves the container’s working environment.

Material: 

The material of automatic commercial block ice maker is aluminum alloy plate. The whole process of ice forming is sanitary and clean and it can reach the edible standard on the condition that the supplying water is edible. 

Faster ice falling: On ice falling, automatic ice block making machines is 1.5 times faster than brine system, ice can fall off within 25-30 minutes.

Convenient ice fetching: When ice block forms, it will automatically drop on a special ice contact convey device from the ice molds. It needn't crane or other hoist equipment to fetch ice. So it reduces the investment cost and saves more space.

For containerized automatic commercial block ice maker, it is very easy for transportation and installation, if you don't have a suitable place to put the machine, then we recommend you to make containerized one, because you don't need to re-build a factory again.

1) In a 20 GP container, the maximum daily capacity is 5tons .

2) In a 40 HQ container, the maximum daily capacity is 12tons.
