FAQ:

1. How much does a sample cost?
For our own berets styles, sample costs some (shipping not included), deducted from total amount if order placed;
For custom shapes, sampleneeds free (shipping also not included). And we prefer to have an actual beret sample or photos of sample to copy instead of drawings or description. 

Samples charge, but will return after you give us an large order or small order.

2. What about MOQ?
The MOQ is 500 pieces.

Of course, if we have stocks , less quantity is ok to order as a MOQ.

3. What is the lead time on sample and bulk?
For samples: 5-7 working days
For bulk: around 35 days in winter and spring, around 45 days in summer 

and fall depending on the quantity and specificaitons of the order.

4. What is ur FOB port? Can I do CIF or others?
Our usual FOB port is Ningbo for sea shipping.
We can also ship the goods to the port you required, but extra cost will be covered by customers.
CIF and other trade terms accepted. 

We have long term forwarding partners who can offer great delivery service.

5. What is ur payment term?
For samples, Paypal or  T/T , Western Union is all OK.

For orders, we accept T/T , Western Union.

Other payment term has to be discussed before placing orders.
