Our workshop:

Our company has excellent production equipment, processed Φ 140mm, Φ 245mm, two ERW welded pipe production line and 1800mm longitudinal shear line. The size range is OD: Φ 1/2"-12". To ensure the development of steel pipe with special specification, we actively enlarge the investment in the equipment, in return for customer's long term support to us.

We have 5 advanced double-side Spiral submerged ARC welded steel pipe production lines, producing OD:219mm-3000mm, Grade X80 double-side spiral submerged Arc welded pipe, not only with high deposition rate but also have anatexi ablility, quality welded seam, pretty compactness, the apprearance of welded seam is flat and smooth which can satisfy different demand on seam.

Equipment of Quality Inspection:

Our factory focuses on the quality control of the production process, we have well-appointed and first-class testing equipment for Ultrasonic Test, Hydrostatic Test, Charpy Impact Test, Chemical Analysis, Carbon and Sulfur Analysis, Tensile Testing, Metallographic Testing, Instant X-ray Imaging System, Magnetic Detector, Seam/Body/End Testing equipment etc.
