| 2.Descriptions of rubber tile machine |
The machine are maily used to produce rubber tiles, it is convenient to operate, and to
increase the production capacity. (press, plate vulcanizer, rubber tile press)
Temperature control:
heated by electronic resistance. Each heating plate fix a electronic self-regulation instrument.
Temperature should be show and controled by instrument.
Mold:
4 sets of square mold (use to manufacture 500*500mm rubber mat with thickness 15-25mm or
35-50mm) and 4 pcs of under-mold(loading material for preparation).
Machine control:
two workers control by both side of machine. After loading material in mold, machine finish all
process. including auto-releasing air, auto-holding pressure. Follow up pressure, auto-holding
temperature. auto-demoulding.
