MDL80 Crawler mounted anchor hydraulic rig drilling machine

 Feature:

This model is a full hydraulic anchor driling rig, is mainly used for urban foundation pit engineering and slop support. The rig adopt crawler chassis and double hydraulic holders. Crawler chassis moves fast from one hole to the next, hydraulic holders can automatically disassemble drill pipe and casing tube, reduce the labor intensity of workers and  the efficiency.

1, This rig is controlled by full hydraulic system, easy to operate.

2, Power head is driven by hydraulic motors, it can output large torque.

3,Drill angle range is big, the power head could be adjusted within 0-90 degree.

4,The hydraulic cooling system has been optimized to ensure that the hydraulic system max.temperature does not exceed 70 ℃ even when the outdoor temperature is 45 ℃ . Follow-pipe drilling method (drill pipe,casing pipe,etc) can be used to drill in unstable formation.

5,The rig can adopt many drilling technologies, mainly used for deep foundation pit engineering. Other drill technologies include three-wing bit drilling, DTH hammer drilling, casing  drilling, drill pipe/casing tube composite drilling, single/double/triple jet grounting, fixed and swing jet grounting.
