Screw conveyer type bottle cleaning machine

 The bottle-washer machine put bottleneck  down the rotary table to push into the screw conveyer.Below the track has water and gas pipeline nozzle.When the bottles receive,each of the nozzle spray water and gas to clean the bottle.After cleaning,the track has a few space without the water.The back of the bottles push the bottle to go ahead.The spare water control the outflow in the process of moving and inflow to the water box.Then the power of the screw conveyer makes the bottles flipped 180 degrees.The bottles fill in the filling machine upalong(or sterilize in the baking box track ).The equipment can adopt warm-up water ,high temperature water,steam,clean gas to wash th bottle according to the buyer’s requirements.We also can design double row,three rows,four rows screw conveyers to clean the bottle according to the client’s  produce speed.The surface of the equipment adopt 304 stainless steel.It meets national standard GMP.
