Semi automatic laminated tube filling & sealing machine is used for filling liquid material into metal or plastic tube with fixed quantity and fold the tube end. It is widely used for the packing of pharmaceutical, cosmetic, foods, and chemical industry. for example: Ointment, gooey, AB Glue, super glue, epoxy glue , skin oil, hair dye, shoeshine, toothpaste, liquid and poultice materials etc.

Work Course:

Manual Insert the metal or plastic tube into the index plate tube base ( 16 place), using the machine drive automatism locomotion, photoelectricity inspect that confirm tube basel have tube and then automatism filling the tube, after four-fold sealing.
