SD-7100 is a kind of rigid polyether polyol initiated with phenyl amines, with good compatibility with PAPI and better compatibility than other common rigid polyols, and uniform foam cell. Because of amine-isomer structure in the polyol, which short the cure time in the foaming process, and reduce release time, promoting the working efficiency.
SD-7100 mainly applies in rigid PU systems, involving the fields of refrigerated equipment, sandwich panels, pipeline insulation, auto spare parts and wood imitation etc. With good stability in the production and final products, formulas with wide range adjustment, can obtain high foam performances by adding SD-7100 in different ratio.
