The value of reclaimed rubber:

1.reclaimed rubber quality is better than other rubber, reclaimed rubber can be used independently some ordinary rubber products production.

2.In natural rubber add part reclaimed rubber, them can effectively improve the performance of extrusion and rolling on the rubber.

The processing is as follows:

Devulcanizer

Devulcanizer is equipped with mixing blade of horizontal pressure vessel, the mixing blade is according to clockwise and anti-clockwise rotation, mixing is uniformity, heat is consistent.

Devulcanizer on and off is hydraulic system. 

Desulfurization formula:

rubber powder:85%

activator:0.6%

coal tar:13%

black rosin:1.4%
