16 cavity self lock and valve gate PET preform mould

Product Description:

1.Mould Structure

a). Two-step double taper locating technology;

b).Self-lock structure for each single cavity;

c). off-center adjustment system for perform thickness error<0.08mm;

d). Adopt International Screw thread standard.

e).Cooling system : independent cooling system for each single core ,cavity and valve gate.

2.Material of Steel

a).Cavity and core: stainless steel S136 with fine polishing, high hardness(more than HRC52) to get mold's high precision and good quality.

b).Mechanical treatment cavity and core to prolong service life.

c). Nitriding treatment with neck screw, with fitly operation to guarantee mould life.

3. Injection Gate system

a). Pin-valve gate, pneumatic-driving the nozzle pin simultaneous high speed open and close action.

b) Able to control the injection hole open and close actions on each cavity

c) Reliable seal function, smooth moving, low thermal expansion rate ,long using life and also saves electric energy.

4.Hot Runner

a).ideal and prompt heating effect for preform production ,

b) cavity with lower injection pressure to reduce wear and tear of mould parts.

c). double heating system separate temperature control mode

d) the heat bar are used to heat the mould mainfold plate,

e). small heaters supply the heating temperature for cavity nozzle continuously.
